This page is meant for those who have already graduated (completed or withdrew after fulfilling course requirements) from an on-campus academic program at Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC).
Current students including new graduates before the date that their student status expires (Spring Semester: 21 September, Fall Semester: 31 March) cannot apply for certificates through this system.

Please apply via the Certificate Issuance Service as a current student. Log in to the Certificate Issuance Service *You can change the language to English on the screen.
Issuance at the student rate (¥300 per certificate) is available until March 31(Tue.) AM8:30(Note: For certain types of certificates, such as sealed certificates, the deadline is on March 27 PM12:00(Fri.)).
Please confirm the details. Undergraduate・Graduate *You can change the language to English on the screen.
After the above deadlines, applications can be submitted as a graduate (¥500 per certificate).

*1 Certificates cannot be issued during system maintenance periods. For details on the system maintenance periods, please contact the SFC Office of Student Services (Academic Affairs).

Have you received your diploma yet?
Students who have yet to receive their diplomas are able to pick them up in person at the SFC Office of Student Services (Academic Affairs) counter. Keio University is also able to mail them to an address within Japan. We ask that you pick up your diploma as soon as possible.
Picking up a diploma in person
Please bring your student ID card. (If you have lost your student ID card, please bring any proof of identification.)
* It is also possible to designate a representative to pick up your diploma on your behalf. In that case, please provide a letter of authorization from you (the applicant) and your student ID card (or a copy of any proof of identification if you no longer have your student ID card) as well as proof of identification for the representative. It would also be appreciated if the representative could provide the applicant's student ID number (if you remember it) and month & year of graduation/degree completion in advance.
Receiving a diploma in the mail
Please send the following items.
- Student ID card (If you have lost your student ID card, please enclose a copy of any proof of identification)
- A written note with the applicant's full name, student ID number, faculty/graduate school, graduation date, contact information, and mailing address
- Return envelope (kakugata ni-gō size (角形2号; 240 x 332mm: large envelope)): write your full name and address with a 860 yen stamp attached
*It is also possible to designate a representative to pick up your diploma on your behalf. In that case, please provide a letter of authorization from the applicant (you) and your student ID card (or a copy of any proof of identification if you no longer have your student ID card) as well as a copy of proof of identification for the representative.
