How to advertise your vacancies to our students

We share them students across all of our campuses.

You can advertise vacancies, graduate recruitment schemes and internships on our job advertising service Career+.

A full-length posting to promote any of these on the site is completely free of charge.

All new adverts will come through to our team for approval before they go live.
We check them in light of relevant Japanese law and government guidelines.
We do not accept inquiries regarding whether or not adverts can be made available to students.
For advertising internships, please also refer to the "Internships" menu.

On-campus seminars and information sessions

Each campus handles it differently.

Mita Campus

Does not hold individual or joint company information sessions, or other similar seminars.

Yagami, Shonan Fujisawa, and Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus

Internships

For internships to which students may freely apply, we will share relevant recruitment information as long as it meets the Japanese government's policy and the University's policy on internships.
Note that we will not recommend, mediate or act as an intermediary.
We will not respond to individual inquiries regarding decisions to share such information or the status.

Points to Note

Internships that falls under the following categories will not be shared with students.

・Internships for which the above required information is incomplete or ambiguous
・Internships that deviate from activities that help students prepare for their careers, and constitute actual job recruitment listings

・Internships that require Keio University's involvement, such as coordinating applicants, recommending, mediating, or other forms of mediation.
・Internships for which the recruiting party and the hosting party are not the same (internships that recruit through intermediaries)

list for visits to alumni

Visits to Keio alumni are invaluable to Keio students in the process of job hunting.
A crucial source of information in facilitating visits to alumni are alumni name lists procured from HR divisions at corporations and organizations.

If your company or organization would like to provide or update a list, please send it to the service office at Mita Campus.
(For the submission address, please refer to the "General information on job-hunting and career guidance offices at each campus" menu.)

There is no specific format required.

Handling of Information

Name lists that we receive are handled in strict accordance with Keio University's Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information.

・Name lists to be shared: Lists will only be shared to allow current students to obtain contact information for visits to alumni as part of their job hunting activities
・How name lists will be accessed: Name lists will only available for viewing from designated computers on Keio University campuses

Please contact the service office at Mita Campus if you have any special requests regarding the sharing of your name list, or if you need to keep the list private for any reason.

School Recommendation System / Recommendation Letters

Each campus handles it differently.

Mita, Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus

These campuses do not have a school recommendation system.
Please note that they do not issue recommendation letters, character evaluation forms, or any other similar documents.

Yagami, Shonan Fujisawa Campus

These campuses have a school recommendation system. Please inquire with the service office at each campus for details.

Issuance of various certificates

The periods that various university-issued certificates are available are as follows.


Certificate of Expected Graduation

Spring: April 1 (for students on course to graduate or complete their studies in March of the following year)
Fall: September 22 (for students on course to graduate/complete their studies in September of the following year) 

Transcript of Academic Record

Spring: April 1  
Autumn: September 22

Certificate of Annual Health Checkup

Mid-June onward of the student's 4th year (only for those who underwent a health checkup)
