Information on procedures for recruiting

Be sure to include details such as working conditions, content of work, and compensation on the job posting, and send it by post or e-mail as outlined below.

・Documents to be posted must all be prepared in A4 size, portrait orientation.
・We will accept your company's own format for job postings.
・Please note that we are not able to distribute company pamphlets and handouts such as flyers and cards due to space constraints. However, we can accept only one company pamphlet if it is offered to students for reading at our office.

On-campus seminars and information sessions

We are very sorry to inform you that we do not host information sessions given by individual companies or groups of companies, or any other similar seminars, etc., at Keio University's Mita Campus.

Handling of corporate pamphlets and various other materials

Due to factors including the limited space available, we do not have a dedicated place from where corporate brochures, recruitment information, pamphlets, and various other materials (entry sheets, flyers, cards, etc.) can be collected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

List of names of alumni for visits

Request

Students at Keio University actively visit alumni when job hunting, and this is considered an important job-hunting activity. The main source of information on alumni for these students to arrange visits with the alumni are the list of names of alumni we receive, primarily from the HR department of each company. Accordingly, as far as circumstances allow, we would very much appreciate it if you could send us your most up-to-date list of our alumni for the purpose of these visits to the below address/e-mail address.

Management and use of the information

The management and use of the names you provide us will be strictly in accordance with the Keio University Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information. Furthermore, if you wish to have a special arrangement on how the information is disclosed or how the students can view the list of names, please provide specific instructions and we will implement the appropriate measures.


Point to note

The list of names of our alumni that you have provided to Keio University, including those provided in the past, are used by students who are currently job hunting to visit alumni. We take the greatest care in handling the list of names, but if you wish to have lists you already provided us to be made unavailable to students or wish to make any other changes on how these are used, please let us know.


Additionally, to ensure the accuracy of the information, we would be very grateful if you could continue providing us with the latest list of names.

Recommendation letter

At Keio University, we do not issue documents such as recommendation letters or personality assessments for students majoring in the arts.

Employment-related documents to be submitted by students

The approximate time of issue of various certificates by the university is as follows:


Certificate of Expected Graduation From mid-May of the 4th-year level (if graduating in March)
Transcript of Academic Record From mid-April of the 4th-year level
Certificate of Alumni Health Examination From mid-June of the 4th-year level(only for those who have taken the examination)

Internships

We make internship recruitment information for which students can freely apply (extracurricular activity) available to students. However, Placement and Career Services does not recommend, place, or carry out other intermediary, etc., activities. If you would like to recruit students for internships, please note the following points and send us the necessary documents by post. We will post them on the bulletin boards or make them available to students through files.


Please also check "Required information" for cases in which we may refrain from posting your offer.

※We are unable to respond to individual inquiries on whether or not an offer will be posted or the status of posts.

Internship recruitment information that fall under the following will not be made available to students.
-Those for which the above required information is missing or ambiguous.
-Those for which the offer is not work experience (such as part-time jobs, corporate seminars, etc., for publicizing recruitment)
-Those that are directly connected to recruitment
-Those that overlap with the school term (those that take place during periods other than the summer and spring breaks)

Procedures for posting part-time job offers

We are very sorry to inform you that Placement and Career Services does not handle recruitment for part-time jobs. These are accepted by a student club and the Student Life Services Group/Section. If necessary, please separately contact the campus of interest as shown below.
