Request concerning the recruitment and selection of new graduates
In Japan, there is a strong tradition of simultaneously recruiting new graduates.
To ensure that recruitment by companies do not negatively affect the students' studies and the educational and research activities of the university,
we request that all companies carry out their recruitment activities as follows.

How to advertise your vacancies to our students
We share them students across all of our campuses.
You can advertise vacancies, graduate recruitment schemes and internships on our job advertising service Career+.
A full-length posting to promote any of these on the site is completely free of charge.
All new adverts will come through to our team for approval before they go live.
We check them in light of relevant Japanese law and government guidelines.
We do not accept inquiries regarding whether or not adverts can be made available to students.
For advertising internships, please also refer to the "Internships" menu.

(For the submission address, please refer to the "General information on job-hunting and career guidance offices at each campus" menu.)
There is no specific format required.

Name lists that we receive are handled in strict accordance with Keio University's Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information.
・Name lists to be shared: Lists will only be shared to allow current students to obtain contact information for visits to alumni as part of their job hunting activities
・How name lists will be accessed: Name lists will only available for viewing from designated computers on Keio University campuses
