Unauthorized use of school buildings and facilities

Unauthorized use of classrooms or campus facilities is strictly prohibited!

Problems have arisen involving recruitment agencies and venture companies conducting job hunting seminars (job hunting cram schools) for commercial purposes on campus that have not been authorized by the university. In some cases, companies have been seen to attempt to gain access to university grounds by means involving the exploitation of Keio students.
Classrooms and other spaces (including the Kyoseikan Collaboration Complex) on campus are not lent out for events other than those which have been authorized to be hosted or jointly hosted by the various Keio placements and career services (Mita Careers Office; Yagami Careers Office; Hiyoshi Graduate School Office).
Please take care to avoid becoming involved with malicious contractors.

*Use of classrooms at Mita Campus for job hunting events or corporate briefings on campus is not permitted under any circumstances. The same condition applies to cafeteria facilities and lounges.
