Students should read through the Scholarship Information Guidebook carefully and begin preparing the necessary documentation for the application as early as possible. In particular, it is advisable to prepare in advance any documentation on income, such as the "所得証明書/shotoku shōmeisho (certificate of income)", or documents relating to the academic record (e.g., Official School Report) of first-year students.
