Notes for reservation and use
Application period
From 2 weeks (1 week at the start of the new semester) to 2 days before the day of use. (Excluding days when the office is closed.)
Available time for use
Monday to Saturday 9:00-20:00 In principle, classrooms cannot be reserved on Sundays, national holidays, holidays specified by Keio University, and during the semester-end examination period.
Use of classrooms during university
Use by officially authorized student clubs: In principle, not allowed. Use for seminars: Approval by your supervisor is required. *Please ask your supervisor to write that he/she has approved the use of the classroom in the "Notes" section of the "Request to Hold Meeting/Gathering on Campus." *In principle, classrooms can only be reserved between 9:00 and 20:00. *Classrooms cannot be reserved during periods when the university offices are closed (middle of August and end of December to early January)
Application to reserve classrooms for the year for sub-seminars
We will accept applications to reserve classrooms for the year for sub-seminars at the start of the Spring and Fall Semesters. For details, please check the announcement which will be posted on the bulletin board at the West School Building.
Classroom use for conference or by alumni associations
Please ask the Facility Management Office. Facility rental fee, etc., will be charged.

How to apply
Weekday use: Group Study Rooms can be reserved on the day. For use between 16:45 and 20:45, reservations have priority, but if a room is available, you are free to use it. Please reserve a room on the day using the computer set at counter No. 6 at the Office of Student Services. Saturday use: Rooms can be used without reservations, but be considerate of others.
