Scholarships Awarded by Keio University (Internal Scholarships)

*This page is for Japanese nationals and foreign nationals who are permanent residents, special permanent residents, long-term residents, dependents, or child or spouse of Japanese national (permanent resident) at Hiyoshi Campus.

All scholarships offered at Keio University are benefit-type that do not require repayment.
Most scholarships last for one year, but many students have the oppertunity to recieve the scholarship since the recruitment will be held every single year.
The information about scholarship will be informed on Scholarship Information Website sequently, so check it oftenly.
However, scholarships that screens students before enrollment <Gakumon no Susume Scholarship>, application guidance for newly-enrolled students, and procedures to continue scholarship when moving on to the next grade are announced through keio.jp message, so please keep it in mind.

Check Before Applying

(1) Application period / deadline, reception time
The application period / deadline, reception hours, etc. of the scholarships that are being recruited are posted on Scholarship Information Website.
*The deadline, etc. is information for students enrolled at Hiyoshi Campus.

Check After Application

(1) Document screening results
The results of the document screening will be sent to successful applicatants via keio.jp e-mail.
The date of announcement of the document results is posted in Scholarship Information Website. Please be sure to check the keio.jp e-mail on the date of announcement of the document screening reults.
For scholarships that will be interviewed after the document screening, the date of the interview will also be announced. Be sure to make a note of the interview date so that you do not forget.
If you did not pass, "不合格（Fail）" will appear on the Scholarship Information Website.

(2) Interview result
The date of announcement of the interview result is written on the application guideline. Those who pass the interview will be displayed as "Nominated" on the Scholarship Information Website.
For scholarships that require procedures after the interview, the notification will also be sent to keio.jp address.

Students displayed as "Nominated" should wait until the display changes to "Selected." It may take some time for the display to change. Make sure to take appropriate actions as a scholarship recipient. If you were not nomitated, "不合格（Fail）" will appear on the Scholarship Information Website.
