Classroom Usage Application

Available Hours

  • Classrooms can be used between 8:00 and 20:00.
  • On any day of the week and on public holidays.
  • Classrooms cannot be used over the New Year holiday period (30 December to 4 January).

Usage Applications

  • Check the status of use of the venue you wish to use at the Office of Student Services.
  • Then submit a Venue Usage Application Form to the Office of Student Services.(Office hours: Weekdays 8:30-17:00)


Receiving and Returning Keys

  • Take your copy of the Venue Usage Application to the Office of Student Services and get the key.
  • Outside of office hours, you can get the key from the Disaster Prevention Center (on the first floor of the New Hospital Wing).
  • Return the key to the Office of Student Services promptly after use.
  • Outside of office hours, return the key to the Disaster Prevention Center.


Important Information

  • Rooms can be used between 8:00 and 20:00.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the Education and Research Building.
  • Rooms cannot be used during class hours.
