All students enrolled in their final year of studies are requested to ensure that they submit their Plans After Graduation (Shinro-todoke) once their career path has been decided and before graduation/program completion. Submission of the Shinro-todoke is a requirement for all students enrolled in their final year.
Keio will tally and use information from these plans as statistical data on the university for various surveys, questionnaires, and other coverage, with an emphasis on that for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), as well as in public relations initiatives both within and outside Keio.
Personal information including names will not be made public at any time.
If you unsure as to whether you are among those required to submit this, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
・This must be submitted even if you will not take up employment due to continued studies, taking certification exams, etc.
*Information submitted for the previous year will be replaced to coincide with entry into the new academic year.
<Notes and precautions>
If you are unable to submit or there are any unclear points, individual enquiries will be sent as keio.jp messages, by telephone, or by post, to either the person themselves or their guarantor until correct submission has been confirmed.
You can access the "Job Hunting Diary System" from the link below.
If you have indicated that you will "Opt-in" to the question about the Senior Alumni Visits in the Plans After Graduation (Shinro-todoke), your name, faculty/course, year of graduation/completion, and workplace will be shared on the "Senior Alumni Visits (alumni search function)" from the following academic year.
