Please promptly carry out the required procedures if your address (or your guarantor's address), guarantor, or name has changed. If you do not carry out these changes, it could prevent you from receiving important messages from the university regarding course registrations and other matters.
Please check the availability of the campus office before proceeding.
If you would like to apply online or by mail, please check the following information.
After logging in to keio.jp, select "Various changes" from the top menu (or the top right menu button on a smartphone), and then select "Confirmation/Change of Address" .
If everything is satisfactory, the application will be approved in a few days and the information registered with the university will be updated.
If there is a change to your regular commute to and from the university as a result of changing your address, it will be necessary to revise the details displayed on the reverse-side sticker of your student ID card and to receive a stamp validating the change. After approval of the application to change your address details, please take your student ID card and report to the applicable counter on the campus at which you are enrolled.
Students are to report in person to the applicable counter on the campus at which they are enrolled.
You can also apply through the following form to change the guarantor address. Please prepare for your guarantor's Certificate of Residence issued within last three months.
Students are to report in person to the applicable counter on the campus at which they are enrolled if they wish to change their guarantor.
Students' guarantor should be an adult who resides in Japan, is responsible for supporting their family financially, and he or she must be able to bear responsibility for the studentʼs academic fees and expenses and personal aff airs. If possible, please designate one of studentʼs parents. If it is not possible for the studentʼs parent to act as the guarantor, please designate a guardian, such as an older sibling, uncle, aunt, or equivalent.

If a student is unable to choose a person residing in Japan as a guarantor, the student may assign a person who lives in a foreign country. However, in this case, please also provide an "emergency contact in Japan" in case of emergencies.
You can also apply through the following form to change students' guarantor. Please prepare for your new guarantor's Certificate of Residence issued within last three months.
Please report to the applicable counter on the campus at which you are enrolled if you have changed their name. After notifying the applicable counter, be sure to inform the lecturers of the courses you are taking as well.
