Change Name/Address/Guarantor

Please promptly carry out the required procedures if your address (or your guarantor's address), guarantor, or name has changed. If you do not carry out these changes, it could prevent you from receiving important messages from the university regarding course registrations and other matters.
*As of March 1, 2024, these procedures are available through the K-Support application function. Check the following information and "How to use K-Support" (User's Manual, keio.jp account required) before applying.

(However, if the only change items are your phone number and/or your e-mail address, no notification e-mail will be sent.)
