Handling of Classes during Waseda-Keio Baseball Games
The schedule of games as of 9:00 a.m. on the day of the Waseda-Keio Baseball
Games will be posted below by 9:10 a.m.

Information on Waseda-Keio Baseball Games after MondayIf a game is scheduled on or after Monday*, the schedule of the games
as of 9:00 a.m. will be posted on this page by 9:10 a.m.
*Cases where the Waseda-Keio game is played on or after Monday (If either
university has not won two games or if the Waseda-Keio championship game is
held)
・If one of the games on Saturday or Sunday is cancelled due to
rain, etc.
・If the results of the first and second games are one win
and one loss.
・If the result(s) of the first and/or second game is a
draw.
・If either university has two wins at the Waseda-Keio Baseball
Games and the both universities share top standings with equal winning points
and equal winning percentages, a playoff will take place.
Handling of classes during the Tokyo Big-Six Baseball League Waseda-Keio
Baseball Games (held on
Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, 2024), are as
follows.
*Changes from the 2023 fall semester of 2023 are in red.

How the classes are handled (by the campus, faculty, and graduate school where
the class is held)
Mita Campus
Undergraduate Courses
Classes on Saturday, June 1 will be handled as follows.
・If the game is scheduled to take place as of 9:00 a.m. on the day, first
period classes will be held, but classes in the second period onwards will
be cancelled to allow students to support the Keio team.
・If the game is cancelled due to rain, etc. as of 9:00 a.m. on the day,
classes will be held as usual throughout the day.
The schedule of games as of 9:00 a.m. will be posted at the top of this
page by 9:10 a.m.
If the games are scheduled to take place on or after Monday, June 3,
classes will be handled in the same manner as Saturday, June 1.
However, for the exam and make-up class days of Tuesday, June 4 and
Wednesday, June 5, regular examinations will be held regardless of
whether or not the game takes place, and make-up classes will be handled
in the same manner as on Saturday, June 1.
Graduate School Courses
Classes will be held as usual regardless of whether or not the game
takes place.
Japanese Language Program / Keio Japanese Courses
Classes on Saturday, June 1 will be handled as follows.
Classes will be held as usual on or after Monday, June 3 regardless of
whether or not the game takes place.
・If the game is scheduled to take place as of 9:00 a.m. on the day, first
period classes will be held, but classes in the second period onwards will
be cancelled to allow students to support the Keio team.

There are no plans to run either regular classes or make-up classes on
Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, which is when the Waseda-Keio
Baseball Games are scheduled.
Please check the following page for information on how the classes will be
handled if the game takes place on or after Monday, June 3.
Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care Courses
As a general rule, there are no regular classes on Saturdays. Practical
training courses will be held as usual regardless of whether or not the
game takes place.
Please follow the instructions of the lecturer in charge of the class
regarding the handling of intensive courses within a specified period or
courses that fall under the dates for makeup classes.
Classes will be held as usual on or after Monday, June 3 regardless of
whether or not the game takes place.
Graduate School of Health Management Courses
As a general rule, there are no regular classes on Saturdays. Practical
training courses for the Nursing Major students will be held as usual
regardless of whether or not the game takes place.
Please follow the instructions of the lecturer in charge of the class
regarding the handling of intensive courses within a specified period or
