AY2024 Hiyoshi Campus Bicycle Parking Lot (How to apply)

*The application for student enrolled in September is closed.

Additional applications are invited for the use of Hiyoshi Campus Bicycle Parking Lot.
Students who wish to use a bicycle parking lot must complete application within a certain period. A lottery system is employed. The results and further information will be sent via e-mail by 17:00 on April 30 (Tue.).

Location　 : Across the road located on the south side of the Kyosei-kan, Collaboration Complex.

Availability : limited number of spaces
　*Registration is required to use the parking lot.

Eligibility for use： Students enrolled in spring semester (April) at Hiyoshi (undergraduates and graduates)
・ Faculty of Letters first year students
・ Faculty of Economics first and second year students
・ Faculty of Law first and second year students
・ Faculty of Business and Commerce first and second year students
・ School of Medicine first year students
・ Faculty of Science and Technology first and second year students
・ Faculty of Pharmacy first year students
・ Graduate School of Business Administration
・ Graduate School of System Design and Management (SDM)
・ Graduate School of Media Design (KMD)

[Period of use and registration fee]
Period of use: From April 8, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (available after all application procedures are completed.)
Registration fee (for one year): 1,500 yen

* Registered users are required to have theft-prevention insurance and Bicycle liability for damage insurance for their bicycles.
* This application system neither automatically nor preferentially permits students who used the parking lot in the previous academic year continued use of the facilities.
* Registration for motorcycles are not permitted (commuting to the university by motorcycle is prohibited).

The following information is only for selected applicants.

Print out PDF ("Application for Use of Student Bicycle Parking Lot" and "Student Bicycle Parking Lot User Guide and Receipt") on A4 paper and fill it out. The documents are attached below. Please come to Hiyoshi Office of Student Services, counter No, 11 (Dokuritsu-kan) with the documents and registration fee (1,500 yen). In exchange, sticker will be given. Attach it to a visible place near the rear wheel on your bicycle. Sticker will not be reissued. Please be sure to park your bicycle at a designated rack with a same number on the sticker.
