Classroom Usage Application by Seminars

• Applications can be submitted from the 1st of the month prior to the planned usage date until one week prior to such date.
• If the classroom is to be used for an individual seminar, the seal of the faculty member in charge is required on the application form.
• If the classroom is to be used for the whole seminar group, the seal of the dean is required.
• Check with the General Affairs Section of the Office of Student Services for details.

Classroom Usage Application by Student Clubs

• Classrooms can be used by authorized clubs whose notification of organization in the current year or club report has been submitted and accepted.
• Please contact the Student Support Section of the Office of Student Services.

Classroom Usage Application by External Organizations
