If students are unable to pay their Academic Fees and Expenses by the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, they should submit an "Application for Tuition Deferment" at the counter of the scholarship section on the campus where they are enrolled. Tuition deferment will be granted to persons for whom the reason for deferment has been accepted upon review.

*Applications on which the signatures and seals of the student and guarantor are identical will not be accepted.
*The application document will be accepted by post or at the service desk. Applications via the service desk will only be available if the campus facilities are open for use. If facilities are not available due to the shutdown of campus facilities, it will not be possible to complete applications at the service desk.

Q．Although the student is currently overseas, postal services are currently experiencing interruptions due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease), meaning that the application forms cannot be sent on time.
A. Data submissions will be accepted on the assumption that original documents will be submitted at a later date if there are difficulties in submission by post by the due date as a result of the postal situation. If this applies, you are requested to contact us via the inquiry form for current students.

Q．The student guarantor is currently overseas; however, postal services are currently experiencing interruptions due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease), meaning that the application forms signed and sealed by the guarantor cannot be submitted on time.
A. Submissions of application forms with these columns left blank will be accepted on the assumption that original documents signed and sealed by guarantors will be submitted at a later date if there are difficulties in submission of application forms signed and sealed by guarantors as a result of the postal situation. If this applies, you are requested to contact us via the inquiry form for current students.
