Application for Tuition Deferment

If students are unable to pay their Academic Fees and Expenses by the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, they should submit an "Application for Tuition Deferment" at the counter of the scholarship section on the campus where they are enrolled. Tuition deferment will be granted to persons for whom the reason for deferment has been accepted upon review.

*Applications on which the signatures and seals of the student and guarantor are identical will not be accepted.
*In the Spring Semester, the application document will be accepted by post.

Depending on the campus, application documents may end up being held at the post office if they cannot be collected on Friday, May 15. For deliveries scheduled to be dispatched after May 16, the package inquiry number will be confirmed and they will be accepted as applications completed by May 15.

Q.Although the student is currently overseas, postal services are currently experiencing interruptions due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease), meaning that the application forms cannot be sent on time.

A. Data submissions will be accepted on the assumption that original documents will be submitted at a later date if there are difficulties in submission by post by the due date as a result of the postal situation. If this applies, you are requested to contact us via the inquiry form for current students.  

*Limited to students who are currently staying overseas.

Q.The student guarantor is currently overseas; however, postal services are currently experiencing interruptions due to the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease), meaning that the application forms signed and sealed by the guarantor cannot be submitted on time.

A. Submissions of application forms with these columns left blank will be accepted on the assumption that original documents signed and sealed by guarantors will be submitted at a later date if there are difficulties in submission of application forms signed and sealed by guarantors as a result of the postal situation. If this applies, you are requested to contact us via the inquiry form for current students.
