Documents and certificates

The main documents that must be submitted during the job hunting process are detailed below. It may take several days before items can be picked up depending on the document type. Please be aware in advance of the various procedures and the number of days it will take to obtain various documents.
Note also that the following documents are not handled by the various careers departments. Please directly contact the issuing department with any inquiries.

Recommendation letters
