To all Keio students:
You are not permitted under any circumstance to stand around or meet up with people within Hiyoshi station or in the vicinity of the ticket gates on the day of the undergraduate commencement ceremony, March 23 (Tues.), and undergraduate entrance ceremony, April 1 (Thurs.).
After the ceremonies on both days, we strongly urge you to refrain from holding thank-you parties, welcome parties, etc., at bars and restaurants, as well as hanging out in groups for long periods of time in public places such as stations, on the streets, and parks.
Furthermore, please note that gathering in closed spaces, crowded places, or close-contact settings (such as dormitory rooms) and talking, eating, or drinking for long periods in groups will greatly increase the chances of becoming infected with COVID-19 (coronavirus disease), not only placing you own health but also that of your friends at risk. Please fully consider the impact this will have on your family and the people you live with, as well as the inconvenience this will cause to your neighborhood, healthcare personnel, and the university, and refrain from such activities.
