Precautions for the commencement and entrance ceremonies

We ask that students avoid loitering and meeting inside of Hiyoshi Station or near its ticket gates on Monday, March 25 (Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony), Tuesday, March 26 (Graduate Commencement Ceremony), and Monday, April 1, (Undergraduate & Graduate Entrance Ceremonies).

Furthermore, students are asked to avoid hanging out in groups in public places such as train stations, streets, parks, etc., for long periods of time after the ceremonies have ended.

Every student should think carefully about what it means to act in a way befitting those who are a "source of honorable character" and "a paragon of intellect and morals for the entire nation." Remember that any disruptive behavior in these public spaces can impact your families, roommates, neighbors, and the university.
