1. Eligibility
   Guarantors of undergraduate students can use Online Access Service of Grade Report. Guarantors of graduate students and students who are not full-time degree students are not eligible to use this service.
2. Guarantor ID and Password
   To access online grade report, guarantors must have a Guarantor ID and Password to login to the Keio Single Sign-on System (keio.jp).
   
   
   • The Guarantor's ID and password are different to the student's Keio ID and password.
   • One Guarantor ID is issued per student.
   • If the guarantor changes, the Guarantor ID will also change.
3. Availability
   Except for certain faculties and year levels, guarantors can view grade reports during the following periods:
   
   *This service is only available while the student is enrolled in
   
   
   • Grade report up to the first half of the Spring Semester: From late June to late August
   • Grade report up to the second half of the Spring Semester: From early September to late November
   • Grade report up to the first half of the Fall Semester: From early December to late February
   • Grade report up to the second half of the Fall Semester: From mid-March to mid-June

(1) Login to keio.jp.

Go to the login page, enter your "Guarantor ID " and "Password", and click "Login" button.

(2) (Only for the first log in) Set an email address to receive notifications.

When you log in to keio.jp for the first time, a screen for setting an e-mail address for notifications will appear. Set your email address for notifications by following the instructions on "How to set an e-mail address for notifications."

Your e-mail address be used only for sending notifications from Keio University.
We strongly recommend registering an e-mail address to be able to check your ID or reset the password online.

(3) Click "Grade Report for Guarantor" from the keio.jp menu.

*"Grade Report for Guarantor" is not displayed during maintenance periods such as at the end of semesters.

(4) You will see the following menu to display grade reports.

(5) Enter your "Guarantor ID" and "password" again for verification, and then click the "Login" button.

Please note that the grade reports will not be available during the following times due to regular maintenance.
Regular maintenance: Every day for approximately 1 hour from 4:00 am.

(6) Grade Report will be displayed.

(7) Click "back" button at the bottom to go back to Online Access to Grade Report for Guarantor.

(8) Click "Logout" button.
