All students enrolled in their last year of studies are required to submit a form to report their career/academic path (Plans After Graduation or Shinro-todoke form) prior to their graduation or program completion.
Since all Japanese universities are required to report their students' career/academic paths by the Ministry of Education, submission of this form is mandatory for all graduating students including those who are not planning to start working or already have working experience.
In addition to the report to the Ministry of Education, your answers will be used collectively as statistical data to support various university initiatives such as public relations efforts, enhancing educational services, and improving student support; personal information such as names will not be publicly disclosed at any time.
If there are any changes to your plans after submitting the form, please update and resubmit it as soon as possible. You may submit the form multiple times if needed.
