Launch of "K-Support" Portal Site for Current Students

On March 1, 2024, K-Support, a portal site for current students, will be launched. K-Support is intended to support student life and facilitate learning by integrating various applications, inquiries, and other services in addition to the current functions of the keio.jp portal. With the launch of K-Support, the current portal site, keio.jp portal, will cease services for current students as of February 29, 2024.

Main Functions of K-Support

News/Messages Check the latest information such as notices and calls for students from university offices and event information
Applications Various procedures and applications (change of address, change of guarantor, temporary leave of absence, etc.)
Surveys Respond to class evaluation questionnaires and check the results of surveys
FAQ and Inquiries Check Frequently Asked Questions/Inquiries
Apps Access various web systems and online sites

How to access K-Support

Current Students

As of March 1, 2024, the screen to which you will be redirected after logging into keio.jp will change as follows.

Until February 29, 2024 Log in to keio.jp → Redirected to "keio.jp portal" home page
From March 1, 2024 Log in to keio.jp → Redirected to "K-Support" home page



New Undergraduate Students

When you log in to keio.jp, you will be redirected to the home page of "keio.jp portal" before admission and to the home page of "K-Support" after admission. Notifications disseminated prior to admission, such as class groups, student ID numbers, and language courses, will be posted on the "Notification System for Freshmen."

Prior to admission (April enrollees: Until March 31; September enrollees: Until September 21) Log in to keio.jp → Redirected to "keio.jp portal" home page
After admission (April enrollees: From April 1; September enrollees: From September 22) Log in to keio.jp → Redirected to "K-Support" home page

New Graduate Students and Non-degree Students

After admission, you will be redirected to the home page of "K-Support" when you log in to keio.jp.
