Physical Education
The SFC Physical Education philosophy is"Notice, Explore, Deepen, Communicate." It aims for the integration of mind and body and human maturity through problem discovery and solving. In particular, Physical Education 1, 2, and 3 are graduation requirements. We expect students to practice continuous and diverse physical activities, acquire fundamental knowledge for a healthy life in both mind and body, and connect this to lifelong sports.
Student Counseling Services
At Student Counseling Services, we offer high-quality psychotherapy, with a primary focus on individual counseling. Sessions are tailored to each student's psychological and real-life circumstances, and may involve exploring one's inner world, as well as working toward better adjustment to daily life. Even if you are not facing a specific concern, you are very welcome to come if you would simply like to deepen your understanding of yourself. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
Health Center
The Health Center located within the Center for Physical and Mental Wellness provides students, faculty, and staff members with sanitation and hygiene guidance as well as professional health services. Health consultations and first aid are provided free of charge. Medical consultations are also available at the Shonan Fujisawa Clinic located in the center.
