[For persons yet to obtain a keio.jp account] Website from where you can download the Scholarship Application Form and Applicant Information Sheet

If you do not have a keio.jp account, you will not be able to use the Online Scholarship Application System. When applying for scholarships before you have a keio.jp account, please download the following forms and fill out the "Application Form" and "Applicant Information Sheet" by hand. Please refer to the "Keio University Graduate School Scholarship Information Guidebook" to prepare documents other than the "Application Form" and "Applicant Information Sheet."

Precautions on use
・Persons eligible to use files: First-year students who were admitted to a graduate school in April 2020 and have yet to obtain a keio.jp account
*If you have already obtained a keio.jp account (including those who acquired an account while enrolled in a previous degree program), please use the Online Scholarship Application System below.
*If you will only apply for a Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship (Type I, Type II), it is not necessary to submit the "Application Form" and "Applicant Information Sheet."

・Online Scholarship Application System

The users of Online Scholarship Application system are as follows:
For Japanese Graduate Students and International Graduate Students whose status of residence is "Permanent residents," "Special Permanent residents," "Long-term residents," "Dependents," or "Child or spouse of Japanese national (permanent resident)."

・Until you are able to use the Online Scholarship Application System, you cannot check the submission status of application documents from the "Confirm scholarship applications and status for receipt of scholarship payments" screen.

・After obtaining a keio.jp account, you must register the details contained in the Application Form and Applicant Information Sheet on the Online Scholarship Application System. If this information is not inputted to the system, your selection as a scholarship recipient may be rescinded.
