SFC周辺には２つの大学専用寮があります。

Keio University is expanding its student dormitories to provide more active support to students from outside of the Kanto area and overseas in terms of enrollment and support for students living in the dormitories.
There will be two student dormitories for Keio students near SFC.

１．学生寮案内 / Information of dormitories
◆ Ηヴィレッジ / Η Village
Η（イータ）ヴィレッジは2023年3月にオープン予定の慶應義塾大学の塾生（院生含む）と留学生が共に暮らす学生寮です。国内生、留学生の5名1ユニットとなっており、日本全国・世界各地から集まった多様な価値観を持つ学生たちが、共に学び合い、共に生活することにより、グローバルな交流を育みます。また、共用棟と4つの居住棟の全5棟から成り、男女混合の他、男性用、女性用の棟があり、居住者の多様なニーズに応えます。新しいライフスタイル「学びながら暮らす 暮らしながら学ぶ」を実践する国際学生寮です。
H Village is a student dormitory where Keio University students (including graduate students) and international students will live together, scheduled to open in March, 2023. Five students, including both domestic and international, will be placed in one unit, fostering global exchange among students with diverse values who come from all over Japan and the world as they study and live together. The building consists of a common building and four residential buildings, with 1 for men only and 1 for women only, and the other 2 for both men and women, to meet the diverse needs of the students. This international student dormitory will put into practice the new lifestyle of "living while learning, and learning while living."

Ηヴィレッジはユニットリーダーなどの仕組みで、学生の声を取り入れ た寮運営を目指しています。Hヴィレッジの一期生と して、皆さんも新たなSFCの礎を築いてください。

Through a system of unit leaders, we aim to manage the H Village with student input. We hope that you will help create the foundations to build a new SFC as one of the first cohort of students at the H Village.

Ηヴィレッジには住んでみたいけれども費用が心配...という方 には、Ηヴィレッジ専用の奨学金制度があります。

◆ 湘南藤沢国際学生寮 / Shonan Fujisawa International Dormitory
2021年開設。湘南藤沢キャンパスで初めてとなる専用国際学生寮。朝夕の食事提供があり、学生同士の交流スペースが充実した混住型国際学生寮です。
Opened in 2021. This is the first dormitory for the exclusive use of Keio students at Shonan Fujisawa Campus. A mixed dormitory with morning and evening meals provided and plenty of space for students to interact with each other.

３．よくある質問 / FAQ
１．4月入学の場合、入寮はいつから可能でしょうか？
When can I move-in to the dormitory if I enroll in April?
１．2024年3月下旬以降に入寮可能です。寮が割り当てられた場合、入寮日を申し込みサイトのマイページから登録していただきます。
You can move-in to the dormitory from late March, 2024. If you are assigned to a dormitory, you will be required to register your move-in date on "My Page" of the SFC Dormitory System (application system).
２．在学生は申し込めますか？
Can current students apply?
２．在学生（学部生・院生ともに）申込可能です。
Current students (both undergraduate and graduate students) are welcome to apply.
３．契約のために店舗などに出向く必要はありますか？
Do I need to visit a store or the university office to sign the housing contract?
３．郵送での手続きとなり来店いただく必要はございません。
All procedures will be completed by mail.
４．抽選は何回でも申し込み可能ですか？
Can I apply several times?
４．１学期につき、１回のみ申込可能です。
No, you can apply only once per semester.
５．日吉・三田周辺の学生寮と湘南藤沢キャンパス周辺の学生寮の併願はできますか？
Can I apply for dormitories near Hiyoshi/Mita campus and the SFC area in the same period?
５．併願はできません。
No, you cannot apply for both areas.
６．関東（近隣）在住でも、申込をすることはできますか？
May I apply even if I live in the Kanto (neighboring)?
６．どの地域にお住まいでも申込できます。（海外からでも可能です。）
You can apply regardless of where you live. (You can also apply from abroad.)
７．希望寮を変更することはできますか？
Can I change my dormitory after applying?
７．応募期間内に限り、可能です。申し込み後に変更を希望する場合は、必ず応募期間内に氏名と変更内容を明記のうえ、[sfc-housing@adst.keio.ac.jp]宛にメールで連絡してください。尚、割り当てられた後の宿舎/棟/部屋タイプの変更はできません。
It is possible to change the dormitory of your choice only during the application period. If you wish to make any changes after you have applied, please send an email to [sfc-housing@adst.keio.ac.jp] within the application period, indicating your name and the details of the change. However, once you have been assigned to a dormitory, you will not be able to change your housing/building/room type.
８．「割当結果」は、どこで確認できますか？
Where can I find the "Application result"?
８．応募者全員に、入寮申し込み時に登録されたメールアドレス宛に結果をメール送信します。
All applicants will receive the result by email to the email address registered on the dormitory application system
