【SFC】緊急時における授業等の取扱い

台風・大雨・大雪・地震等の各種自然災害や、大規模な事故等による鉄道等交通機関の運行停止、その他緊急事態の発生により、休講措置等をとらざるを得ない場合は、このページでお知らせします。


【重要】6月3日(水) 台風接近に伴う対面授業の休講および湘南藤沢キャンパスへの立入禁止について

台風の接近に伴い、学生の皆さんの安全確保を最優先とするため、6月3日(水)の授業および窓口業務について以下の通り対応いたします。

1. 授業の扱いについて（総合政策学部、環境情報学部、政策・メディア研究科、看護医療学部、健康マネジメント研究科設置科目）


    • 対面授業：すべて休講 ※ただし、元々対面で予定されていた授業でも、担当教員の判断によりオンライン授業（リアルタイムまたはオンデマンド）に切り替えて実施される可能性があります。必ずK-LMS等の案内をこまめに確認してください。
    • オンライン授業：通常通り開講
    • 看護医療学部および健康マネジメント研究科看護学専攻における実習科目：実習ガイド・実習要項の記載に基づき、実習担当教員ないしは実習指導者からの連絡に従ってください。

2. キャンパスへの立入禁止について

安全確保のため、6月3日(水)はキャンパス内への立ち入りを原則禁止とします。不要不急の登校は控え、安全な場所で過ごしてください。

3. 事務室の閉室について

キャンパス閉鎖に伴い、事務室は終日閉室いたします。

Handling of Classes in Emergencies (Shonan Fujisawa Campus)

In cases where classes must be cancelled in the event of an emergency situation such as the suspension of public transportation due to a large-scale accident or because of natural disasters including typhoons, torrential rain, snow, and earthquakes, announcements will be posted on this page.


[IMPORTANT] Cancellation of In-Person Classes and Campus Closure on Wednesday, June 3 due to Typhoon（Shonan Fujisawa Campus）

Due to the approaching typhoon and to ensure the safety of all students, classes and office services on Wednesday, June 3 will be handled as follows:

1. Handling of Classes (for the Faculty of Policy Management and the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies,the Graduate School of Media and Governance,the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care, the Graduate School of Health Management)


    • In-Person Classes: All classes will be CANCELED. Please note that some in-person classes may be switched to an online format (live-streamed or on-demand) at the discretion of the instructor. Please check K-LMS frequently for updates.
    • Online Classes: Will be held as scheduled.
    • For practical training courses in the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care and the Graduate School of Health Management: Please follow the instructions of the faculty member or the training course instructor based on the practical training guidelines.

2. Campus Closure (No Entry)

To ensure your safety, entry to the campus will be strictly prohibited on June 3. Please refrain from coming to the campus and stay in a safe place.

3. Closure of the Office of Student Services

Along with the campus closure, the Office of Student Services will be closed all day.
